RESERVATIONS PROCEDURE and DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:
If you will need a hotel reservation, the EPPA Show ‘N Sell has reserved block of rooms at the Sheraton Edison Hotel.
In order to obtain the special show rates, you must mention that you will be attending the EPPA Show when making your reservations. Rates cannot be changed at check-in or check-out for guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested. Request must go directly to the Hotel. ROOM & RELATED CHARGES
Guests shall be responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges upon.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that you reserve a room and check out prior to your reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50.00 will be charged to your account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. |
